leopard skin jasper - gemstone slice with gold filled hoop earrings

These earrings are a fun big fashion statement, but super lightweight while being a slice of real earth!!! These gemstone rock slices are only 2mm thick!
These are 30mm wide. The hoop around the gemstone is a gold colored brass.

I've hand formed the sweetest round hoop hooks for them to hang from...
I love how the two round shapes work together.

The wire is really sturdy - GOLD filled (thickest gold plating you can get) ~ over Sterling Silver.
When I cut and form the hoops I file the end nice and round so that it doesn't poke your ear.

Each one is super unique and they might not be a perfect matching pair ~ that's the nature of geological formations.
